HowsYourHealth New User Registration

Before you begin, be sure that you have completed a sample quiz so that you understand the components you may choose to change.

Howsyourhealth costs $250 per year for up to 3000 uses per passcode. A practice can try it for free for its first 100 patients before deciding if it would like to pay only $250 a year for everything. You can use a passcode for a health system, a doctor's office, or up to 10 doctors, etc. If you accrue more than 3000 uses on that code you will be billed $200 for the next 3000 uses. If you intend to have very large numbers of uses or anticipate that you would like to have howsyourhealth on your own server, please call us at 603 727 4001. The annual fee is not refundable.

Once you have received your howsyourhealth access code and password you can customize the site and review cumulative reports as data accrues. You may also link to the site from your own web site so that users do not have to enter your access code - it will be done automatically for them in the link. Go to the section for physicians and businesses and log onto the adminstrative section to customize your site.

Access Code and Administrative Password

Please choose an access code for your users. The first three spaces must be letters and the last three spaces must be numbers (for example - XXX123). Capitalization is automatic.
